Nutri is designed to keep meal planning private. Dish search, meal-plan generation, and grocery-list generation run on your device. Meal suggestions use a local algorithm; your recipes and planning preferences are not sent to an AI service.
Nutri stores the dishes and ingredients you add, meal plans, preferences, grocery lists, assistant choice, and app settings. This content is stored locally. iCloud synchronization and collaborative sharing are disabled in the current release. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings. Nutri does not operate a separate meal-data server.
Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives purchase history and a randomly generated anonymous app user identifier, along with product and entitlement status, storefront, and app version. This information is used to verify and restore access, prevent fraud, and understand subscription performance. Nutri does not link it to a personal account, name, or email address. Nutri does not receive your full payment-card details.
Newer Nutri builds include Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. The original App Store release, version 1.0 build 20, does not include Firebase. The following collection applies to builds that include Firebase.
Firebase receives randomly generated app-installation identifiers, app sessions and interactions, purchase and subscription events, approximate location derived from the network connection, and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, crash stack traces, and diagnostic and performance information. These records can be associated with the same app installation. Nutri does not provide Firebase with your name, email address, Apple account, RevenueCat customer identifier, recipes, ingredients, searches, dietary preferences, meal plans, or grocery-list contents.
Nutri uses this information for analytics and app reliability. Advertising identifier and vendor identifier collection are disabled in Analytics, advertising consent is denied, and Nutri does not enable personalized advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. We do not sell personal information. Firebase processes information under Google’s Firebase privacy and security terms.
Apple may process device, backup, StoreKit, and crash information under your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. RevenueCat processes purchase information as described above.
The current app does not share recipes, plans, or shopping lists with other people. You can edit or delete dishes, ingredients, plans, lists, and list items in the app. Deleting a plan or list keeps your recipes. Removing the app deletes its local data. Backups and any iCloud records from earlier builds can be managed through your Apple settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records as needed to provide purchases and meet their legal obligations. Removing Nutri does not immediately delete previously received analytics or crash reports. Firebase retains and deletes those records according to its service retention settings and policies. Contact us for privacy requests; because Nutri has no personal account and does not send us your email or name through Firebase, we may be unable to associate a particular installation with you.
Nutri is not directed to children under 13. We use platform security controls and minimize transmitted data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
