By downloading or using Nutri, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable standard end-user license agreement.
Nutri helps organize dishes you know, suggest meal plans with an on-device algorithm, and derive grocery lists. Suggestions and typical recipe quantities can be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions, ingredients, quantities, allergies, preparation, and food safety before relying on them.
Nutri is a general planning tool, not medical or dietary care. It does not diagnose conditions or provide individualized nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional for allergies, medical diets, pregnancy, eating disorders, or other health needs.
Parts of Nutri’s nutrition catalog are based on the Australian Food Composition Database Release 3.0, provided by Food Standards Australia New Zealand. That source is used under the FSANZ Data User Licence Agreement, which is based on the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Australia licence. Nutri transforms selected source rows into a normalized ingredient and recipe catalog and identifies those changes in its source manifest. Australian data may not be appropriate for use in other countries.
There are limitations associated with food composition databases. Food composition data used in the database or databases may represent an average of the nutrient content of a particular sample of foods and ingredients, determined at a particular time. The nutrient composition of foods and ingredients can vary substantially between batches and brands because of a number of factors, including changes in season, processing practices and ingredient source, and methods of calculation.
Weekly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your Apple Account and manages cancellation in account settings. Prices and taxes are shown by Apple before purchase. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the supported lifetime of Nutri. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
You retain ownership of and responsibility for the dish names, preferences, plans, and lists you enter. These are stored on your device. Version 1.4 stores this content only on your device. From version 1.5, editable recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists sync through Apple CloudKit with your private iCloud database when iCloud is available. Your devices must use the same Apple Account. You can keep working locally without iCloud or a network connection. Collaborative sharing remains disabled. Keep an appropriate device backup; deleting the app removes its local data.
Do not misuse Nutri, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected services except where law permits, or use it unlawfully. Features may change. Planning works locally without an Apple Intelligence model. A network connection and Apple services are needed to purchase, restore, and verify paid access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutri is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of suggestions. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
