For a puzzle problem, include the puzzle date and a screenshot if possible. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

How to play

Read the surveyor’s notes, select a piece and place it on the board. Use the clues to work out where each street, park and building belongs. Submit your completed plan for review and use the feedback to refine it. The first-time tutorial walks you through the controls.

Restore an ad-free purchase

Open the app’s ad-free purchase screen and select restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and check your internet connection. An active subscription or lifetime purchase removes ads; an expired subscription does not.

Manage a subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase. The app and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the current price, currency and billing period before you buy. Manage subscriptions with Apple.

Progress, notifications and privacy

Progress and streaks are saved on your device. Deleting the app can remove this progress. You can manage notifications in iOS Settings. When available, use Ad Privacy Options on the home screen to review your advertising choices. See the privacy policy for information about advertising, purchases, analytics and crash reports.
