Privacy policy
Effective October 2, 2026
Neon Scrap is developed by Tomás Ruiz López. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to trlmobilesoftware@gmail.com.
Local play and settings
Neon Scrap is a same-device game for two local players. It has no game registration, advertising, advertising tracking, online multiplayer. Match simulation runs on your device. Audio preferences are stored locally. The game does not request access to your contacts, precise location, photos, microphone or camera.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes the optional Season 1 purchase. We do not receive your payment-card information. Neon Scrap uses RevenueCat to retrieve products, validate transactions, restore purchases and determine whether Season 1 is unlocked.
RevenueCat processes an automatically generated anonymous app-user identifier, purchase and transaction history, product identifiers, entitlement status, and app/device information needed to provide the purchase service, such as app/OS version and storefront locale or currency. We do not supply RevenueCat with your name, email address, a custom identifiable account ID or an advertising identifier.
Purchase information is used for app functionality, fraud prevention, purchase support and purchase analytics in RevenueCat’s dashboard. It is not used by this app for advertising or tracking you across other companies’ apps and websites. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for information about their processing.
Usage analytics and crash diagnostics
From version 1.1, Neon Scrap uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand use and fix problems. Analytics processes app-instance identifiers, app and device/OS information, language, session and lifecycle events, screens visited, match starts and completions, and purchase events such as product and price. Network information can be used to derive an approximate country or region; the app does not access GPS or precise location.
Crashlytics processes crash stacks, installation/session identifiers, device and OS details, app state and recent event breadcrumbs. Firebase services also process diagnostic and performance metadata, such as session timing and SDK delivery information. These records can be associated with an app installation, even though we do not provide your name, email, an account ID or RevenueCat identifier.
We disable advertising identifier (IDFA) support, vendor identifier (IDFV) collection, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization. This app does not use these services for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. See Firebase privacy and security and Google’s privacy policy.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request and resolve support or privacy issues. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Storage, retention and choices
Local audio settings remain on the device until reset or removed with the app, subject to device backups. Deleting the app does not cancel or refund an Apple purchase and does not necessarily delete transaction records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Purchase records are retained as needed to verify permanent ownership, restore access, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. Analytics and diagnostics are retained according to the configured Firebase service retention periods and deleted or aggregated under those services’ policies. Support messages are retained as needed to handle the request and related obligations.
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we can associate with you, subject to applicable rights and retention requirements. Because purchases use an anonymous identifier, we may need limited transaction information to locate the relevant record. Do not send your Apple Account password. Apple controls its own purchase records and refund process.
Service providers and international processing
Apple and RevenueCat provide purchase services, and Google/Firebase provides analytics and diagnostics; email and hosting providers process communications and ordinary connection information needed to deliver support and these pages. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
This website
These support pages contain no advertising, added analytics scripts or tracking pixels. GitHub Pages hosts this website. GitHub may process standard request and security information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect it. See the GitHub privacy statement. External links have their own privacy policies.
Children
Neon Scrap does not ask players for a name, age or contact details. Purchases are handled through Apple’s controls. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted through support.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
