Stay Afloat and this website are provided by Tomás Ruiz López. Contact truizlop@gmail.com for support.
App licence
Stay Afloat is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your licence to the app. This page explains website use, purchases and support; it does not replace the Standard EULA.
Purchases and subscriptions
Available products, prices, billing periods and benefits are shown before purchase in the app and Apple’s confirmation screen. Weekly and yearly ad-free plans automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings. A lifetime ad-free purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
You can use Restore purchases in the app to check eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Learn how to manage or cancel a subscription or request a refund from Apple. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged. Purchase availability may differ between beta and released versions.
Playing and availability
Use the game and website lawfully, respect others’ rights and do not interfere with their operation. Features and third-party services can change or become unavailable. Saved progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted or its data is removed. Preview and beta footage may differ from released versions.
Website content
The game’s name, artwork, footage and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Public access to this website or its source repository does not itself grant permission to redistribute the game or its artwork.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy policy explains data handling. We may update this page as the game or services change; the date above identifies the latest version. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
