Reporting a problem

Tell us what happened, what you expected, your iPhone model, iOS version and the game version. If you can, include steps to reproduce the issue and a screenshot. TestFlight players can also send feedback through TestFlight.

Your voyage and progress

Voyages and progress are saved on your device. Before deleting the app to troubleshoot, contact us: deleting it also removes its local saves. We cannot restore a voyage from a developer-operated cloud account because the game does not have one.

Purchases and ad-free access

Open Settings → Remove ads (or Ad-free access) and choose Restore purchases to check eligible purchases with your Apple Account. Apple manages subscription billing and refunds. You can manage subscriptions or request a refund with Apple.
