1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Morphio and related pages operated by the Morphio developer (“Morphio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Morphio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Morphio for someone else or on a shared device, you are responsible for making sure the relevant person understands and accepts them.
2. Your photos and morphs
You keep ownership of photos, videos, and other material you bring into Morphio. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consent needed to use those materials and to create or share a morph, especially when another person’s face appears in a photo.
Morphio gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app’s generated previews and exports for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to the rights in the source material and these Terms. Morphio does not claim ownership of your source photos or finished exports.
Do not use Morphio to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material, to impersonate someone without permission, or to infringe another person’s rights.
3. Morphio Pro and payments
Morphio may offer subscriptions and a lifetime purchase for optional Morphio Pro features. The available plans, prices, trial periods, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew and can be cancelled according to Apple’s terms and your Apple Account settings. Refund requests, billing questions, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple, although Morphio may help with access issues. Any trial converts or ends as shown in the purchase screen unless cancelled through Apple before the applicable renewal time.
4. Availability and limits
Morphio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, photo, file, or future operating-system version. Keep your own copies of important source material and exports.
To the extent permitted by law, Morphio and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or discontinue features, or stop supporting a version of the app, when reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
5. Apple’s role
These Terms are between you and Morphio’s developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Morphio, its content, maintenance, support, or warranties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the terms that apply to them. Your use of Morphio must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Morphio changes. The effective date above will identify the latest version. Continuing to use Morphio after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
